Sarah Caimano

Doctoral Student in School/Applied Child Psychology

Sarah is currently completing a doctoral degree in School/Applied Child Psychology in the MYST lab. She has a passion for working with underprivileged youth, particularly youth living in poverty and youth who are part of the child welfare system. She is conducting research on resilience in youth who have had adverse childhood experiences. Particularly, she is interested in potential factors that promote resilience in these youth. Sarah’s goals include working with children in need as a child psychologist in both a school and clinical setting.
